Recognizing Toxic Relationships & Finding Healing with Lisa Dingle | Episode 147
Lisa Dingle is not just a pastor’s wife and mom, she is also the program supervisor for a social services program with a master’s degree in psychology. In today’s episode, Lisa shares her story of finding herself and her then-fiance (and spoiler alert: now husband) in a toxic relationship with a narcissistic pastor.
Although it nearly destroyed Lisa and John’s relationship, twenty years later she is thankful for all that she learned about who God is through that season and how it propelled her into the mental health field where she is serving and helping others today. Lisa talks about recognizing the signs of toxicity and how to find healing as well as recommending resources to learn more.
